Welcome to St Paul’s Church Website. There has been a Christian Community serving the people of King Cross in Parish Ministry for 175 years. In what is now a wonderfully diverse community, that pastoral ministry continues, and we look forward to welcoming you to one of our services and social events held regularly throughout the year. As a Parish, we are now linked with St Anne in the Grove, Southowram (a small village 4 miles outside of Halifax), Please check the weekly pewsheet which is posted on the 'Services' page of this website site and lists details of our services and events.

Save our Roof!
We are delighted to report that the great team at Jennings Roofing Ltd have now completed the work to replace the large and very heavy roof stone slates with much lighter Welsh Slates. Despite some really poor weather at times, they have finished several weeks early. There are still some things to complete and the scaffolding should be coming down soon. This is excellent news!
All this has been made possible through generous individual donations, a huge amount of fund raising and also the generous grants offered by Benefact Trust, Yorkshire Historic Churches Trust, National Churches Trust, The Wolfson Trust, The Diocese of Leeds Building for Mission Fund & Church Buildings Fund and Congregational & General Charitable Trust
